O re.love is a project of secondhand Knot clothes, previously loved, that now have the opportunity of a new life.
Grab your “as good as new” Knot clothes you no longer need and deliver them at one of our stores or send them to our address - Rua José Pereira 10, 1685 – 635 Famões, Lisboa. They will be evaluated, carefully washed, and labeled and then available for sale at our online store.
When delivering Knot products, you receive Knot+ savings. The product type predefines the value; you can consult the price list here. In addition, 5% of the sales of re.love go to the Fundação do Gil, and you are contributing to a more sustainable Planet.

WHERE CAN I DELIVER CLOTHES?
In all brand stores and at the Knot Meeting Point. Excludes the brand corners at El Corte Inglés. If you do not have a Knot store near you, you can send the clothes to our address following these steps:
1 Separate all the Knot clothes you no longer use and select carefully the ones that are “as good as new”.
2 Place the clothes “as good as new” in a box together with a paper stating your name, email and phone.
3 Send the box to the following address: Knot re.love, Rua José Pereira 10, 1685 – 635 Famões, Lisboa.
4 You will be contacted by our team, after we receive the clothes, to indicate the Knot+ savings you will get for the delivered clothes. In case there is any item that does not match all the criteria to be sold again, the item will be donated and the Knot+ savings of such item will not be given to you.
IS KNOT CLOTHING ONLY ACCEPTED OR DO YOU ACCEPT PIECES FROM ANOTHER BRAND?
We will only accept Knot brand pieces, from any season.
DO YOU ACCEPT ALL ITEMS PRODUCED BY KNOT?
This project is only aimed at children's clothing, so hair accessories, toys, shoes, pacifier holders, backpacks, luggage, sleeping bags and adult clothing are not included.
HOW MUCH KNOT+ SAVINGS DO I GET FOR EACH PIECE?
You receive a specific value previously determined for each product category. You can consult the price list of re.love and know this value beforehand. The balance will be immediately available for use and will be valid for 90 days.
WHAT IS THE CRITERION FOR ACCEPTING THE CLOTHES?
The garment can only be accepted if it is “as new”, that is, if it does not show any visible damage after use and the label of the Knot brand and size is maintained. You may not have the composition labels and washing instructions. Please note that it is up to the brand to decide whether to accept the delivery of a particular piece, reserving to Knot the right not to accept the clothes even if they meet the requirements described above, for reasons of typology and need for stock.

HOW MUCH WILL THE GIL FOUNDATION RECEIVE?
Gil Foundation will receive a donation of a predefined amount per typology sold. You can consult the donation amount by type in the price list of re.love. The value corresponds, in average terms, to 5% of the sale value of the re.love piece.
